Sterling Eagle is committed to providing niche products to our clients. A unique product that we were able to offer was for manufactured housing.
Unfortunately, our primary source of funds for this product is moving out of the market. Therefore, the product series R1 for manufactured housing will be discontinued.

All loans collateralized by manufactured housing must be locked on or before 11/21/05 and delivered within 60 days.

Sterling Eagle is in the process of looking for competitive funds for this product niche. We will send out an announcement as soon as we are able to offer a new product series.
